Neal Quesinberry, Senior Instructional Designer / Project Manager

Neal works closely with JPL’s team of instructional designers, developers and designers to write and produce custom e-Learning applications that get results. Beginning with JPL in 2004, Neal’s creative focus has helped clients accomplish their training goals through JPL’s engaging approach to multimedia-based learning. He received both his Master’s and Undergraduate degrees in English from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Neal has more than 10 years experience in instructional design and distance learning. He is a member of Central Pennsylvania’s American Society for Training and Development.
